By engaging ANService.online ("Provider") for crypto and Web3 integration services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
We provide blockchain development services including but not limited to: cryptocurrency payment integration, smart contract development and deployment, decentralized application (dApp) development, token creation and launch, NFT marketplace development, DeFi protocol development, security auditing, and blockchain consulting.
Each project begins with a written scope of work (SOW) or proposal detailing deliverables, timelines, and costs. Changes to the scope require written agreement and may impact pricing and timelines. Work beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.
Smart contracts are deployed to public, immutable blockchains. Once deployed, they cannot be modified (unless upgradeable patterns are used). The Client acknowledges that:
Deposit: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.
Milestones: Remaining payments are structured around agreed milestones.
Methods: We accept cryptocurrency (USDT, USDC, ETH, BTC) and bank wire transfers. Crypto payments are calculated at the market rate at the time of invoicing.
Late Payments: Invoices unpaid after 14 days may incur a 5% late fee. Work may be paused on overdue accounts.
Client Ownership: Upon full payment, the Client receives full ownership of all custom-developed code, smart contracts, and deliverables.
Open-Source Components: Projects may incorporate open-source libraries (e.g., OpenZeppelin) governed by their respective licenses. The Client receives documentation of all dependencies.
Provider Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to reference the project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless restricted by NDA.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement, including project specifications, business strategies, and unpublished code. This obligation survives contract termination.
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions are billed at our standard hourly rate. The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving testnet deployments before mainnet launch.
We follow security best practices including unit testing, formal verification where applicable, and adherence to established patterns (e.g., OpenZeppelin, Consensys guidelines). Third-party audits may be recommended for high-value contracts and are billed separately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANService.online's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific project. We are not liable for:
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the Client pays for all work completed to date. Pre-paid deposits for unstarted milestones may be refunded at the Provider's discretion.
Neither party is liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to: blockchain network outages, regulatory changes affecting crypto operations, natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government actions.
Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration. These terms are governed by applicable law.
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Changes will be posted with an updated date. Continued engagement constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
